Tanja Hollowell

Tanja was born and raised in Germany, with a 18-year career in banking and finance, before moving to the United States and joining the Coldwell Banker Real Estate Group.

She has been a licensed Realtor since 2010 and amongst her many accolades, in 2019, she was awarded with the prestigious “International Diamond Society” sales award. The achievement of this highly esteemed designation distinguishes Tanja Hollowell as one of the top 10% of all CB real estate agents worldwide.

Among Tanja’s hobbies is flipping houses and this led her to study construction and take classes and she finally became a licensed contractor in addition to being a Realtor.

The international award and Tanja’s desire for living in the Dominican Republic (Punta Cana) made her move and open her own Real Estate company in Punta Cana. Tanja brings many years of knowledge and international real estate experience to the island and its beautiful east coast.

In her free time, she enjoys traveling, working out, meeting new people and experiencing new cultures, music, dancing, and spending quality time with family, friends, and her two dogs.
